It's November 20th in Oregon and Mo's planting for winter. I stop by Casa Verde CSA to help plant winter garlic and prep some of the beds for the cold ahead. Mo's planted salad greens, chard, arugula, shallots, tomatoes [fingers crossed], garlic and peas.
