I went camping up in Midway Utah, with my brother during the winter in late December 2012. We hiked in about a mile up the mountain, not sure what elevation change was. But we made a long hike, and set up camp in "the meadow" in Midway Utah. We tried to get a snow-shelter up but didn't have enough time so we ended up staying in a bivouac shelter for the night at 0 degree Fahrenheit temperatures. Wood processing: sawvivor cutting wood, gransfors bruks splitting wood and chopping tree down. Had some freeze dried mountain house meal and heated the water with the primus ETA multifuel stove. We had a good amount of fun, and survived the night with our fire and bivouac...
