Winnipeg, Nov. 21, 2016: Winnipeggers rallied on the steps of the Manitoba Legislature in anticipation of a provincial government Speech from the Throne that would usher in a period of cutbacks and austerity. Speakers included community and student activists and union leaders. The rally was organized by Solidarity Winnipeg.
