The 10 month NASCAR season has races almost weekly which means tight turn-around times for the engineering teams to rebuild the cars and maybe reinvent some of the part designs. To assist with this, Stewart-Haas Racing upgraded to a 3D Systems ProX SLA 800 3D printer to enable bigger test parts to be produced faster. The new SLA 3D printer integrates into the team’s digital workflow that includes 3D scanning and Geomagic Wrap reverse engineering software.
