In this The Outer Worlds 2 guide, I'll show you how to unlock the Winning Hearts and Heads achievement and trophy by collecting 20 human hearts.

You need to unlock the Psychopath and Serial Killer perks. To make things faster, start killing NPCs in any major city. NPCs you kill who don't fight back or weren't hostile when attacked will always have their heart harvested.
