I love This green raincoat!. Also, the dress was purchased about 10 years ago. It's either a true vintage or made to look vintage by Eliza J and it has the look Lucy Ball Arnaz would wear on I Love Lucy! I wore it with stockings and has the line thread in the back and the dress underneath has netting!
