Microsoft's Windows 10 has been misbehaving lately and I think it's going back to version 7. What have you experienced?

Also.... I had a crazy idea of modifying a cheap harbor freight bug zapper racket to a permanent indoor , always on self contained unit complete with soft glowing LED attract light. Ideas to do this conversion are welcome.
