#1 Installation with "ISO File" was not possible due to an unknown problem.
#2 I was upgrade using Windows 2000 Pro Build 2195 SP4.

Motherboard : GIGABYTE GA-61 EML Socket 370.
CPU : Intel PentiumⅢ 1.33GHz.
Memory : 168 pin SDR SDRAM PC-133 256MB x2 (MAX 512MB).
Onboard Audio and Onboard LAN.
