Continuing off from last week’s installation video, I will be playing Windows NT 3.51’s version of Minesweeper for today’s video.
Minesweeper is a fairly popular game, as it was installed by default on almost every version of Windows, beginning with Windows 3.1 and ending with Windows 7. As you would expect, this means it was also preinstalled on Windows NT 3.51. The objective of this game is simple; click on the squares to clear out the mine field without clicking on the mines. Left click a square to uncover it, and right click a square to put a flag on it. If you click on a square and it shows a number, that number is how many mines there are within the 8 blocks around the square. This game makes you use your brain quite a lot, so practicing can be helpful.

Well, 3 months ago I made a bunch of SML show videos on CBBC and published them on YouTube. So I thought I’d make another one, this time on BBC Two. This episode is the same used in one of my oldest mocks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NP0pme952YY and it’s amazing to see how far how my videos went. Also, as of now, it’s been 2 years since I released the CBBC template pack. Which is amazing to think about, as I’ve been doing this for a long time, and the pack is still fresh to this day, with occasional updates. I still take requests, so feel free to send me requests. I won’t do all of them, but I’ll do most of them, at the least.

Here’s something I forgot completely that was on the internet. This video contains some continuity from CBeebies and CBBC on BBC Two, the latter of which has early rebrand presentation from the week after the initial rebrand. At this point, BBC Two still uses the weird cut off clock, however it’s no longer an hour delayed like it was on it’s debut. Credit to Milo Jennings on Internet Archive. Here it is guys, one of the most obscure shows in CBBC history. Hell, one of the most obscure shows OF ALL TIME. This is Leon, a show made by Studio Hari. And Although there’s a very small amount of episodes on the internet, almost all of them are blocked in certain countries. Believe it or not, this show aired on BBC One throughout 2010 - 2012, and later on the CBBC channel in 2013. I think the reason why this show is so obscure is that there isn’t enough recordings of this show on the internet. At least not anymore, since many have been deleted. I decided to recover this episode from Box of Broadcasts. Now the quality is only at 360p and not 576p, but just be grateful this is even on the internet. Credit goes to Studio Hari and BBC for this.
