With Windows 11, version 24H2, Windows Server 2025, and later releases, Windows Local Administrator Password Solution (Windows LAPS) supports three different complexity settings that can be used to generate random passphrases. Explore the PasswordComplexity policy setting, which is used to choose which word lists are used when creating a passphrase.
