It looks very sluggish and like it was made in scratch but honestly i'm pretty new to this and im quite happy with how it's looking so far!! I needed help for some things with my best friend ever CHADGPT (i have no actual friends) but a lot was done by myself as well.
Jumping is automatic for now with no action command required but hammering requires you to press spacebar at the right time, you can also infinitely heal (lmao) and defending is pretty much useless. Also added the low health battle music when mario's HP is below 20.
I would've honestly preferred a system like this in color splash (with more options obviously) rather than having to go through a whole ass deck with disposable attacks.
Color splash is a great and underrated game though if you can forgive the battle system (which honestly isnt even that bad, its just that u do battles as a chore in that game rather than doing it purposefully) and it might just be my 2nd/3rd favourite game in the series just for it's writing, charm and amazing graphics.
