Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition is set to release for the PC via Steam, Origin and Windows Store on the 6th of March! It is basically the Royal Edition for PC. There was recently a benchmark released for it, pre order bonus details and news that it will allow cross play with Xbox via Comrades! All good things!
