Application lifecycle is an important part of any software development project, even more so in Windows 8.

Windows 8 introduces three distinct states : Running, Not Running, and Suspended.

Transitioning between these states is important, as is saving data when transitioning to ensure a consistent experience across all devices.

In this video, I will go over application lifecycle in Windows Runtime, and will show you how to configure the SuspensionManager class.
