Yes this is real .For some reason,Windows 11 24H2 build 26200.5651 uses back the Windows Vista startup sound for a weird reason Currently it is found as a system bug and it should be fixed in the next version of Beta build .Fun facts ,this build is released 5 days after Apple announced the WWDC 2025 and bring the Liquid glass ui design ,which is similar to the Windows Vista aero design.
