Oh look, another desperate move by Microsoft to move everyone over to Windows 11.
If you’re still staying strong on WIndows 10, nice. You’re not alone, there’s hundreds of millions of you. But obviously Mikey doesn’t like that, so they’ve got a new plan in place to force you to either install 11 or buy a new PC.
Starting soon they’re going to limit users in programs like Microsoft 365 and OneDrive. Any new update won’t go to the 10 folks, so if you want any of the AI slop they’re drip-feeding into your Microsoft Word, you’re gonna have to cave to their demands.
They’ll officially keep supporting these programs for the next two odd years, but that’s just in their current state, they don’t have to give you anything new or shiny in the meantime.
