Other than Don Quixote, who doesn’t like windmills? He’s possibly the only person I wouldn’t sit down to play “A Gift of Tulips” with from Weird Giraffe Games. In this quick little card game, you have to vie for position to have the best tulips at the festival. But it’s not all cut-throat competition. You may find yourself gifting your precious flowers away! In the vast landscape of small-box card games, where does this one land?
