"Cutts is known as the mighty demon of 'Obsession' and 'Capture'. Being a demon born from a desperate man, hundreds of years ago; he now roams the land searching for something to cherish, to fulfill the lonely emptiness that has consumed his very soul. While he normally takes on the form of a massive and terrifying dragon, he can also appear as a petite and beautiful man, wandering in search of someone to catch in his iron grip. Cutts doesn't fully grasp the true meaning of 'love', and though he is not evil, eventually his excessive and warped sense of affection, quite literally 'loves his victims to death'."
