Wind sounds under a 1,000 foot tower. This is Hurricane Ida once downgraded to a tropical storm. Winds are estimated at 35 mph. An FM antenna is mounted to an ~ 100' pole on the top.
This is nothing compared to say a 2000 foot tower and 60 or 70 mph winds. That sounds like a freight train.
