Without question the most unique and coolest thing about the WI&M Railway is the 1100' of street running down Whitman St in Palouse Washington! Even though I co-own this railway and work as train crew, this is something I never tire of seeing, either from the cab or the ground.
1838 runs light westbound to retrieve empty cars from interchange. Later we see the short train departing eastbound crossing highway 272 and running along the river. Horns are the semi permanent security bolted RS3K, and the guest horn for the day is a parts built one piece K5LLA.
