This is the untold story of Willie Mullins, the ultimate ARCA underdog who is keeping NASCAR's blue-collar history alive! A body man by trade, owner of Bugsy's Repair in Fredericksburg VA, WIllie got his start with the help of Donlavey Racing over 20 years ago. Much like Junie Donlavey, he also works on trash trucks during the day to fund his racing efforts and uses many of Donlavey's old parts to this day!
