Will This Bring Back the Elite Sniper? - Bloons TD 6

Why does the elite sniper have so many eyes? I don't know. Maybe because the snipers name is randal and is using all of these eys to observe that there are cows in the yard, on a cow farm. Unfortunatnely all of these eyes doesn't stop the fact that the elite sniper's wife's mind is gone. Where did it go? I don't know...
