Every LiFePO4 manufacturer on the planet says the same thing: never charge below 32°F or you'll permanently damage your cells. So what do you do with a battery claiming it could charge well below freezing with no heaters? Put it to the test!
In this video I freeze the temperature sensors on the EcoWorthy Cubix 100 Pro and watch exactly what happens: it throttles the charge current down to ~10A below 0°C, keeps slowly charging all the way down to -20°C, then fully shuts off to protect itself. I also push it the other direction and test high-temperature protection with a heat gun.
