Since I got an air fryer I’m curious to see how my old recipes do in it (no, before you ask, I’m NOT doing air fryer pad thai 🤣 ).

Fish sauce wings are seasoned with ONLY fish sauce, and it is literally my favourite Thai drinking food. They’re so incredibly good given how simple they are. It’s the testament to the magic of fish sauce.
