As you might have heard, we had some snow yesterday. Today, on the other hand, the sun shines from a clear blue sky and it will be a fantastic day. The animals in the park are well equipped to handle the winter here on the Swedish West Coast, although we are not spoiled with thick snow covers like today.
Przewalski's wild horse is the only surviving wild horse. Unlike other wild horses, it has never been domesticated by man. Having been extinct in the wild, Przewalski's wild horses once again roam freely on the Mongolian plains thanks to a successful reintroduction program that has been going on since 1992.
