a successor to the "Rising Fury" difficulty mod from MHRise, which increased monster speed as their HP was depleted!

cool fun fact i did not test these values at all before recording and i am legitimately kinda panicking in the end at how fast this dude is, i'm kinda surprised i survived and that's probably only because it's still low rank so the actual HP numbers aren't too big
