The quality of this video is not good. I uploaded it first on another channel and i didn't have the source file when I uploaded it here so i had to download and reupload the compressed YouTube video and quality got lost. if you want to see the first upload look here:

I extracted every frame of the Opening FMV with jpsxdec to 320x192 PNG images, upscaled every frame 4x with waifu2x-caffe and level 1 noise reduction and then encoded the video with a simple frame interpolation to 60fps and 1080p with the original aspect ratio.

If you like seeing old game videos in high quality let me know other games with great FMVs that would benefit from high quality upscaling.
