The 3k player has been doing this for an entire hour and he targeted the players in first, specifically Otamaro and myself. Normally I'm kind enough to not report newbies who troll if they only do it for one or two races because they may not know the rules properly. But trolling on several races is obvious enough that it is not acceptable for players who want to play the game normal.
