Title: The Quiet at 2 AM
Faith Tradition: Namdhari Sikh
Host: Morgana
Description:
The Quiet at 2 AM is a simple session about creating sacred space when the world is still. It comes from my personal experience as a Namdhari Sikh, where early-morning prayer and meditation are part of everyday life.
In the session, I reflect on why starting the day at 2am matters, and how I shape that time into my own sacred space. I share this from personal experience and ongoing learning, not as instruction or official representation.

There’s no focus on doing anything “right.” It’s simply a space to pause and reflect as the day begins while the world sleeps. Open to everyone.
