The bumper acting up isn't a glitch, but the Yoshi knockback is.
This started happening on a laggy Wi-fi match with my cousin.
Yoshi flies off the stage without touching the bumper.
I think the glitch occurs when you throw down a bumper and a capsule spawns on top of it, so there's really no way to purposefully reproduce it.
