While learning Law of Torts, one very important question that we need to decode is, is it Law of Tort or Law of Torts.

In my last video, we understood the basics about the same and here in thsi video we are understanding the Wider Theory or the Sir Fredric Pollock's theory or Winfield's theory.

The next video is on the narrower theory or the Pigeon Hole Theory by Sir John Salmond.
