Wicker Man is set to open on the 17th March at Alton Towers Resort. The heavily themed wooden coaster has been praised by John Wardley "What Alton Towers have done is created a fabulous, fast-paced, smooth, thrilling, exhilarating ride which is beautifully and imaginatively presented to a standard far higher than probably any other woodie in the world."
Thanks to some drone footage released by the park we have a even better idea of what the ride will be like with the flame effects.
We also now know there will be a pre show with live actors. It's also been revealed that experiential creators, Holovis, have been involved in the ride, but who are Holovis. Alton Towers is well known to the team at Holovis, which is sure to mean a perfect match.
