making friends after a spiritual awakening & why it can be so difficult

There have been so many points throughout my spiritual journey that I have felt isolated and lonely. Going inward, learning about yourself, and healing can make it hard to connect with others. And while I think these periods of solitude are sometimes necessary, I realized that I was closing myself off from ppl because of fear rather than love. In this video, I talk about how to start breaking free from the loneliness of a spiritual awakening, let go of spiritual ego, and begin building a community that you feel safe to heal and grow with.
