Ham radio signal reports are weird. Everyone wants one. And why wouldn’t you? A signal report is an easy way to quantify the performance of your transceiver and antenna system. But giving them is as much an art as a science. Unless you can give out a number generated by a calibrated meter, the reports you give and get and nothing more than generalizations
