AgentMail gives every AI agent its own real inbox — the kind you'd hand to Claude Code, Codex, or any agent you're building. So he rewrote signup around a single prompt: point your agent at agent.email, let it read a skill.md, and it provisions its own inbox end-to-end. To keep the spam wave from breaking everyone's inbox, every fresh agent inbox ships behind a strict allow-list with a 10-emails-per-day cap until it earns trust. The bigger argument underneath the demo: email is already the universal identity layer for the internet — tax records, receipts, invoices, claims all land there.
