I frequently see comments and questions about rinsing tea. I always recommend rinsing Aged, Oolong, and Puerh teas as well as any whole leaf tea with a lot of dust or fannings.

I don’t recommend rinsing quick extracting teas like Gyokuro and Sencha. If you have any more rinsing or tea education questions drop them in comments!
