I jumped into a full playthrough of The Last Debug, a brand-new first-person psychological horror game by indie developer NotPetus. The premise hits a little too close to home if you spend a lot of time at your desk: you play as a game programmer working late into the night who steps away for a quick break after hitting a frustrating bug in the code. Leaving the safety of the PC setup turns out to be a massive mistake as the whole atmosphere shifts and something sinister creeps into the house.

In this video, we are going through the entire story from start to finish, exploring the dark environments and taking in the creepy sound design. This covers the full walkthrough, the puzzles, and that unexpected ending, along with my raw reactions to the tension and having to deal with that terrifying masked intruder. If you like short, story-driven indie horror games that actually build dread instead of just relying on cheap tricks, this late-night programming nightmare really delivers.
