Q: The Nick Property says you can only make the Light Weapon Property Attack once per turn.
A: Although this is not a question, that's correct. Don't confuse the Light Weapon Property Attack with the Dual Wielder Attack. 1:25 & 4:07 & 5:28
Q: You said you HAVE to use different hands. That isn't in the rules.
A: Again, this is not a question, but I also said you COULD do that. I never said you HAVE to do that.
Q: I don't like this or Jeremy Crawford, so I don't accept this interpretation.
A: Interesting... yet another instance of a non-question, but you are free to play your games however you'd like. However, if you want to go with what the rules are, the lead designer is the most reliable source possible and, according to the lead designer (Jeremy Crawford), this is the correct interpretation of them. They are both Rules as Written and Rules as Intended.
Q: You don’t need the Dual Wielder feat to do this.
