In this video recording, Mother Siluana (Vlad) of Romania answers the question: "We asked from God ordinary things, but nothing happened during the years, all the events were negative and they overwhelmed us, and we ended up losers, no-hopers, even for our close people... What should we do now?" "Stop believing in this god! This god you believed in and talked to is not God. God does not marry us, God does not fulfill our desires, does not arrange our jobs. God gives you the grace to become like God."
Mother Siluana reposed in the Lord on June 8th, 2021. Her ministry in the Romanian Orthodox Church is impressive. She was the abbess of the Convent of St. Silouan in Iasi, coordinator of the Training and Counseling Center "The Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel" and through her many conferences she created a bridge between the young generation and the Orthodox Church in Romania.
