Therese Grieco, a beEmboldened mentor, shares why feeling understood and supported is such an important part of healing from spiritual abuse.

For many survivors, one of the first steps toward recovery is simply having language for what happened to them — and knowing they are not alone.

Through trauma-informed mentoring, education about spiritual abuse, and safe community support, beEmboldened helps survivors begin making sense of their experiences and move forward with hope.

During our 2026 Partner Campaign (April 15–May 15), we’re inviting 55 monthly Partners to help us reach our goal of $3,024 in monthly support for survivors of spiritual abuse.
