Why would you use Rockwool insulation on Interior Walls? Dan says it best.. if you do a poor job of insulating your exterior, you have an HVAC system that helps maintain temperature and comfort, but without interior insulation there is nothing to help with sound comfort.
Rockwool Safe and Sound really makes a huge difference and I hope it comes thru on the video, but my guess until you experience it for yourself, it's hard to understand.
