President Donald Trump has confirmed reports of an elaborate ruse for him to take a secret flight from Turkey amid threats on his life by Iran.

While speaking with reporters on the tarmac after returning from the Patriot Games in Ohio on Tuesday night, Trump said the Secret Service and military wanted him on a different plane due to a threat.
