Recently, my good buddy, @MattKloskowski, recommended that I check out two apps by Topaz Labs, DeNoise AI and Sharpen AI, because I was complaining about how Adobe Lightroom handles those tasks (especially with noise reduction). After sending a bunch of photos through both apps, I have to say that my mind was blown with the results. It also made me realize the importance of using "purpose-driven" applications that specialize in specific tasks. I guess it's not always good to be a jack of all trades when it comes to photo editing applications.
