Week 13 on Zepbound (7.5mg) and life has been… a rollercoaster!
This week I’m sharing my experience with the shots, side effects, and what’s really happening behind the scale. On top of that, my daughter had some big job changes, I hit up the thrift store for some craft finds to repurpose, and I’ve got a little rant about how toxic social media can be (unless you’re sticking to the fun, non-political stuff).
