Maureen Flavin Sweeney's weather reports from @blacksodlighthouse7225 changed the course of history forever when the date of D-Day had to change from the 5th of June to the 6th of June to ensure a successful transfer to the beaches of Normandy. Without Maureen, over 150,000 lives could have been lost and the course of history could have been changed forever! ⁠
