Its really difficult to pinpoint a "Favorite", especially looking across all of sim racing, maybe pointless to do so... but whats the fun in that! This is a car which has always stuck in my mind, and one I've never shy'd away from sharing here. The Maserati 250F is Kunos' masterpiece foray into 1950s Grand Prix racing, and I think does it like nothing else. What may come off as sluggish, meandering and impossible to stop, teaches some of the fundamentals in driving these old cars. Once mastered, its pure poetry at the wheel.
So allow me to indulge myself... this is my favorite car after all!
The 250F is a part of Assetto Corsa Ultimate, or specifically the "Red Pack" DLC:

For setting up AI in these old cars, i recommend making a copy of the car specific to AI, and increasing the tire grip by 10 - 20%. This can be done with Car Tuner to make the AI-version of the car:

Within the Tyres.ini file of the AI car, increase the "DY_REF" and "DX_REF" of the front and rear tires by 10 - 20%. For the Maserati as its shown here I increased them to "1.3915". This gives the AI a bit more lateral grip and helps them corner faster, ultimately creating more balanced racing!
