In 2005, DC Comics launched All-Star Batman and Robin, the Boy Wonder. It had superstar writer Frank Miller and superstar artist Jim Lee. But only 10 issues came out, almost always late. The book was infamous among critics who found it over-the-top, but it sold very well. So why was it left on a cliffhanger?
