Oh yeah, it's all coming together.
In this nioh 2 review we discuss how this fantastic entry to what many may falsely call the "souls-like" genre, but is actually called the Gaiden-like genre. See as it is the superior product that predates even the earliest souls game Demon Souls that came out long before Dark Souls, Bloodborne or Elden Ring.
Obviously I've profressed much love over the last year for many easier games, but this video is to show that I'm still a real gamer. I still like a little challenge. And Nioh 2 has that perfect balance of complete enemy cheese to reverse Vietnam GI tactic cheese that is only struck by some of the best games of the last decade. I haven't tried Wo Long yet, but here's hoping it can rise to even a fraction of Nioh 2's power.
With that being said, ENJOY this nioh 2 retrospective! I hope some of it made sense.
