Join us on the mystic island of Siquijor, one of the most enchanting destinations in the Philippines, as April and I set out on a spontaneous adventure that became one of our favorite travel days ever. We originally planned to stay just one night, but Siquijor’s charm pulled us in so deeply that we extended our trip just to explore Locong Falls, a beautiful hidden waterfall on the far side of the island.
Before hitting the falls, we fueled up at Mad Monkey, a great breakfast spot with delicious food and a fun backpacker vibe — highly recommended for anyone visiting Siquijor.
Locong Falls did not disappoint. Surrounded by nature, flowing clear blue water, rope swings, and peaceful jungle sounds, it felt like stepping into another world. We spent hours swimming, exploring, and laughing like teenagers again. If you love authentic travel moments, natural beauty, and real island adventure, this video is for you.
