Why are so many people in positions of power dragging their heels on changes which most Canadians would like to see?
A lot of people are talking about self-defence laws in Canada right now. Under the law, you can't carry anything specifically intending it for protection - that intent can turn an everyday item like a pen or a bat into a weapon.
