Satoru Iwata is a bit of a hero of mine; a man who was incredibly talented not just at programming, not just at leadership, not just at business, but also talented at the process of learning.
I say talent, it was more that he simply enjoyed the experience of learning new things. It's not something that necessary comes naturally to many people, and I think this excitement to develop new skills is a big part of how Iwata was able to achieve so much during his life.
Anyways, here's an old hobby project of mine, reworked into a video essay, because having come back to this after a few years I've discovered that I'm actually very proud of what I've done here.
